THERAPY & COACHING CLIENTS must first schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation to determine best fit with your chosen Clinician or Coach and to discuss your goals before scheduling an Intake or Session.
After attending your Consultation, schedule an Intake with your chosen Clinician/Coach by choosing a Private Pay INTAKE appointment for your service (i.e., therapy, coaching) and modality (e.g., group, conjoint, couple, family, individual)
After attending your Intake (and deciding upon modality and frequency with your Clinician/Coach), please schedule regular, ongoing sessions by choosing the appropriate Private Pay appointment for your service (i.e., therapy, coaching) and modality (e.g., group, conjoint, couple, family, individual)
NOTE: In-Network INSURANCE for TherapyClients approved by their insurer to use in-network insurance benefits with a contracted Clinician at Parks & Powers must be assigned to your Clinician for Assessment/Intake directly by your insurance company. After attending your Assessment/Intake scheduled by your insurance company, follow the directions provided to you by your Clinician regarding ongoing scheduling.
Unfortunately, clients coming to us on their own are unable to use in-network insurance benefits. Please do not schedule a consultation to request to use in-network benefits as we are unable to do so. For more information on using your out-of-network insurance benefits, click here.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLIENTS
Consultation Clientswill please schedule your appointment based on the length of appointment desired by choosing a Therapist Professional Development Consultation appointment.
Exam Prep Clientswill select In Pursuit of the Magical "L" Exam Prep Enrollment.
Private Practice Prep Clientswill select Psychotherapy Practice Planner Private Practice Prep Enrollment.
Clients will schedule your appointment based on the length of appointment desired by choosing an Aromatherapy Consultation appointment (for education or to craft a Custom Blend).
